Sf90 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

Please read this document carefully before using the sf90 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and sf90 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by sf90, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using the sf90 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The sf90 platform is open only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on sf90. Registering more than one account by the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. sf90 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. sf90 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the sf90 support team immediately.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. sf90 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from a user's use of the platform.

3. Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using the sf90 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, coercive or disruptive purposes. The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

Specifically prohibited actions include:

  • Attempting to cheat the system or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform
  • Sharing or transferring account credits to third parties without authorisation
  • Using another person's account or acting on behalf of another person without valid registration
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the sf90 platform
  • Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity

Sf90 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending an account during the investigation, without being obliged to provide reasons to the user concerned.

4. Payment, Transaction and Currency Information

All financial transactions on the sf90 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). sf90 supports a range of local payment methods for Malaysian users, including online bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other local e-payment options.

Deposits will be credited to the user's account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — deposits via electronic methods are typically processed within minutes, while some methods may take longer.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

  • Successful identity verification (KYC) for the first withdrawal
  • Sufficient account balance to meet the minimum withdrawal threshold
  • No active restrictions or ongoing investigations on the account
  • The recipient bank account must be registered under the same verified user's name

Sf90 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or fails to meet the required verification criteria. Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the user.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Cap

Sf90 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding its continuous availability, the accuracy of information, or any outcomes arising from use of the platform. sf90 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming activities.

Under no circumstances shall sf90's total liability to any user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sf90 platform — including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, interfaces and software code — is the exclusive property of sf90 or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from sf90.

Third-Party Links

The sf90 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for informational convenience and do not imply sf90's endorsement of or support for the content, policies or practices of those websites. sf90 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Sf90 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account immediately if the user is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason sf90 deems reasonable to protect the integrity of the platform and its users. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the sf90 support team.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, sf90 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in that account without compensation, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Changes to These Terms

Sf90 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
